The Challenge

Client: Een Uur Voor de Toekomst

"Een Uur Voor de Toekomst" created an impactful career orientation program connecting hundreds of high-school students with industry professionals through personality assessments and meaningful meet-and-greets. However, behind the scenes, their team was drowning in manual work.

Manual Process Problems:

  • • Tracking everything in spreadsheets
  • • Manually sourcing industry professionals
  • • Coordinating schedules across dozens of experts
  • • Endless back-and-forth emails for time slots
  • • Managing video conference links manually

Business Impact:

  • • Dozens of hours per career event
  • • Unable to scale the program effectively
  • • Staff overwhelmed with coordination tasks
  • • Generic career advice for students
  • • Limited social impact due to constraints
